Well written. There is not alot of PETCT interventional work done so it was helpful to read the references of what has been done. A couple of the PETCT section references referred to Nuclear ( but non PET) tracers .
Some of the points discussed were using lower dose for biopsy since only the target had to be identified as well as he length of uptake after injection. The take home point however was that the  exposure for these procedures was similar to other biopsies and was related to proximity (and time) to patient. It would be nice to expand on whether dose and uptake could be changed but still get good results and potentially lower the dose to staff.
